Hot stamping is a web-fed direct printing system in which the transfer of the contrast material is achieved through the combined effect of pressure, heat, and peel speed.
The heat-transferable contrast material is placed between the printing plate and the substrate. This printing technique uses machines that apply heat to the printed materials to accentuate the deformation of the substrate.
